SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

COVID DELAYS:

Due to increased precautionary measures and parcel volumes, carriers may experience unexpected delays. During this time, it is not uncommon for tracking updates to lapse. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 3-5 business days on top of the quoted transit time before sending in an inquiry to our Customer Support team. Should your order not arrive after this time period, please contact us, and we would be happy to investigate this further for you.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Archer Farm Market. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 3pm daily.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

RETURN POLICY

We currently have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy for all of our consumable goods. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at angie@archerfarms.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
